Fractal Analytics Gets SEBI Nod for ₹4,900 Cr Pure-Play AI IPO

Fractal Analytics has received SEBI approval to launch its ₹4,900 crore IPO, marking India's first pure-play AI company to hit the public markets. The issue will consist of a fresh share sale along with an offer for sale by existing investors TPG and Apax Partners.
The company plans to use the proceeds for debt repayment, scaling its generative AI capabilities, and expanding its India operations. Fractal works with major global enterprises including Microsoft, Apple, Google, and NVIDIA, strengthening its market positioning ahead of the listing.
Market experts expect strong institutional participation but note that valuation discipline will be crucial as global tech sentiment remains selective. The IPO is expected to open in the next 6–10 weeks.
